Wi-Fi unavailable on floors 2 and 3

Floor 2 is back. Floor 3 follows in about fifteen minutes.

The controller update is the cause. The access points are being rolled back one floor at a time; floor 2 should be back first.

Floors 2 and 3 have no Wi-Fi. We are looking into it.

The access points on floors 2 and 3 dropped their connection after a controller update. Wired desks and the other floors are not affected. If you can, plug in a cable or work from the ground floor meanwhile.
